These terms govern your use of DetailCue. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls where required.
1. The Service
DetailCue is a business productivity tool for organizing customers, vehicles, appointments, estimates, invoices, job records, photographs, signatures, reminders, and business insights. DetailCue does not provide accounting, tax, legal, insurance, payment processing, or professional automotive advice.
2. Eligibility and business use
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use DetailCue for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that entity.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter, for obtaining any permission required before storing another person’s information or signature, for protecting your device, and for keeping independent records when required by law or business practice.
You must not use DetailCue to violate law, infringe rights, create fraudulent documents, distribute malicious content, or attempt to interfere with the app or App Store purchase systems.
4. Estimates, invoices, taxes, and records
Calculations and documents are generated from information you provide. You must review prices, discounts, tax rates, totals, customer details, and legal requirements before sending or relying on a document. DetailCue is not a certified accounting or tax system. A signature captured in the app does not guarantee that a document is legally enforceable in every jurisdiction.
5. Free and Pro features
The app may offer a limited free tier and paid DetailCue Pro features. Feature availability and reasonable usage limits may change in future versions, but changes will not remove access to a paid period already purchased except where necessary for security, law, or platform compliance.
6. Auto-renewable subscriptions
DetailCue Pro is offered through monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The price shown in the App Store purchase sheet is the amount that applies in your storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase.
An annual plan may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription at the displayed renewal price. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests under App Store policies.
7. Your content
You retain rights in information and files you place in DetailCue. You grant no ownership of that content to the developer. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to store and share it. DetailCue may process content on device only as needed to provide requested features such as PDF creation, export, or display.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep DetailCue useful and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. iOS updates, device storage, App Store services, or other factors outside our control may affect the Service. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued in future versions.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DetailCue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, lost data, customer disputes, tax errors, or costs of substitute services arising from your use of DetailCue. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for DetailCue during the twelve months preceding the claim. Applicable consumer law rights remain unaffected.
11. Termination
You may stop using DetailCue at any time. We may suspend access to future app services if you materially violate these terms, subject to applicable law and Apple’s platform rules. Termination does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it through Apple.
12. Governing terms and Apple
Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting DetailCue except as required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and the Apple Standard EULA and may enforce applicable provisions.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
